Clash with Myanmar Army Troops from Division 77 (June 17, 2014)

On June 17, 2014, troops from Company-3 of Battalion 376, Ta’ang Army, under Tactical Command- 3, clashed head-on with Myanmar Army troops from Division 77, based at Yebon, at a place between Tonkyi and Lwemauk villages. The clash took place from 1000 to 1115 hours, and 5 Myanmar Army troops were killed.


There was no casualty on the Ta’ang Army side.
