Second round fighting between TNLA and combined Thein Sein government forces of IB 145 and Pansay militia force

On July 27 at 10:00 pm, the forces of combined Kunlon based IB 145 and Pansay peoples’ militia made clashes with TNLA 112 force near Kanparpho village in Kutkhai township.

It was known that when TNLA 112 forces was going organizing trip to the people on opium eradication project, over 50 soldiers from Kunlon based IB 145 and over 40 militia men from Pansay militia group made offensive in the area. So the clashes were occurred.

Ta Wain Man, commander of TNLA 112 force reported that when their troops were      organizing the people on opium eradication project for the year 2013-2014 in Kutkhai township, the government troop and Pansay forces, total about 100, made pressure and offensive attacks on the TNLA force at about 10:00 am. The casualties were not known, but the fighting was continuing at the time of this report.

The TNLA 112 force and Pansay peoples’ militia men got head-on clashes on 25 July at about one hour, from 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm, at Kamparpho village in Kutkahi township.
It was reported that at the time of writing this report, the fighting are still occurred and unknown yet causalities from both side.
